It’s easy to get wrapped up in life, forever busy, forgetting what’s important. As a coach, you’d think I’d know better… years of training and supervision to keep me on the straight and narrow, and yet I still have days like today, rushing mindlessly from task to task on my to do list. So how do we break the cycle? How do we regain our calmness and clarity, to focus on what really matters? For me, the answer today was to notice what I was feeling, then make the conscious choice to stop, breathe, and take a different path. Personally, in life I believe things happen for a reason. So if you find yourself reading this, and wondering how on earth did that happen? Then maybe it’s a message from the Universe saying it’s time to stop, breathe and reflect on where your current life choices are taking you!
